I kicked off the road trip with a little pit stop at Burger King for a Whopper with Cheese Combo - which comes to a whopping 1320 calories.
So, every morning at the campsite, you could purchase a "cowboy breakfast", which was 2 fried eggs, 2 pancakes, 3 strips of bacon and a scoop pork and beans - it was huge. I'd estimate around 1000 calories. Well, I ordered one the first morning and to top it off one of my family members who doesn't like bacon and gave me their 3 stips. I ate all but one pancake, a strip of bacon and some egg. Later that morning we were talking about how good the breakfast was and for a while I had considered getting the 1/2 order the next morning. Then I reconsidered and thought I'm not gonna let that breakfast beat me - I'm gonna give it another shot to get through it. I'm pleased to say for the next 2 mornings I ate the entire full sized "cowboy breakfast" - plus the extra 3 strips of bacon that landed on my plate each morning - YEE HAW!
Lunches and suppers included the usual camp food fare - hot dogs, chilli and chips, smores, potato chips, cookies, ice cream, other assorted snacks and vodka coolers.
Of course, the weekend wasn't all about food. It was great fun to get out and spend some time with family and friends - relaxing, laughing, playing and not thinking about work or the stresses of everyday life. However, it is interesting that in our society large gatherings like this usually revolve around copius amounts of food. It's like R.J. Racoon said about animals vs. people in Over The Hedge - "We eat to live - these guys live to eat!" - Amen R.J.
So, I finished the trip off in the same fashion as it started - this time it was a stop at McDonald's for a Filet O' Fish combo with an apple pie about 1000 calories ;)
I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm going to wait until later this week. That way I'll have a starting point before my 2 week vacation and I'll see if I can hit 160 by the time I get back.
I'll do a quick post before I go, so you all know where I'm at.

Well, a lot has happened since then. At one point (it must've been a couple weeks ago now) I weighed myself and I was back down to 149. Which is why I didn't post anything - I figured no point posting a step backwards. Shortly after that, I was trying on some of my summer clothes from last year, and found that quite a few of the shorts that I bought after my gaining session last summer don't fit me anymore this year :)
I've been busy with work, and now I'm getting ready to go on vacation in a couple weeks - yee haa!
This past week has been really great as far as eating goes. For breakfast every morning I've been having a smoothie that I make with yogurt, whole milk, fruit, flax and olive oil - the entire thing is about 600 calories, with about 350 from fat ;)
Things really got going last Tuesday - I went out for a fantastic stuffing of a supper. I started with some drinks and seafood stuffed mushroom caps as an appetizer, and then I finished off an 8 oz prime rib steak with all the trimmings - yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, veggies, and a dinner roll. For desert I had a creme caramel (not my picture) with mango ice cream.
Wednesday was Canada Day and a holiday here - I started with my smoothie for breakfast, for lunch it was a Burger King Whopper with cheese, fries and drink. For supper it a a family bar-b-que with lots of snacks, drinks a desserts. When I got home I guess I still wasn't full and ate a bag of buttery microwave popcorn.
Thursday I had chinese food for lunch, snacks thoughout the day and then 3 bowls of pasta for supper (with olive oil of course) then some cookies and chips later on for dessert.
Friday was another great stuffing day. Smoothie, Thai food for lunch, a big bag of Maynards Juicy Squirts (not my pic). For supper I stuffed in 2 salisbury steaks with mashed potatoes and a salad. Then I went for an ice cream and bought a waffle cone with 4 scoops of licorice ice cream - about 2 cups - YUM! And before bed I was hungry again and ate a bag of buttery microwave popcorn.
Saturday was an exciting day for me. I had my smoothie for breakfast, and went for chinese at lunch. I went for a manicure and a pedicure (got french tips on my toes - very cute I must say). Then I went shopping for some new summer clothes. I didn't even try on the 7/8 stuff and went straight for the 9/10 section. To my surprise none of the shorts fit - most I couldn't even get over my thighs. I was absolutely shocked - in some ways I was also little sad. I've never been this big and it kind of scares me - I'm moving into the unknown now. I packed up the shorts I selected to try on, left the change room and headed over to the 11/12 section for the first time in my life. I did find some kick-ass shorts that look fantastic on me. As far as tops go, they were hit and miss - some mediums fit fine and others not at all and I had to get a large. It was exciting and scary all at the same time.
Saturday evening when I arrived home I had to weigh myself, which I hadn't done since my drop to 149. And I'm happy to report I'm at 153 lbs now.

I think the change in my eating the past 2 weeks is finally paying off. I just weighed myselft and I'm at 152 lbs. This is the first time since last August that I'm over 150. As most of my readers know - my New Year's resolution was to go from 143 lbs to 160 lbs. Things were going well until mid Feb when I hit 150 then I dropped to 149 and and I've been stuck there until today. Hopefully this is the kick that my body (and perhaps mind) needs to keep moving to 160.
This past week I made a few changes to my eating. I ate my hot cereal with olive oil, butter, brown sugar and milk for the first couple days, then for the rest of the week I didn't feel like eating any breakfast and just skipped it. I found on the days I skipped breakfast I did a lot more snacking during the day and then I'd really binge at the end of the day.
I kept up my nightcaps - with the exception of a couple nights. My suppers during the week included, a 3 piece KFC meal with fries and gravy, perogies with olive oil, butter and sour cream, 2 nights I had spaghetti with olive oil, butter and pasta sauce - 3 bowls full each night, a couple dinners out.
My best (favorite) day was Friday - I was pretty pleased with myself. I skipped breakfast, but I snacked thoughout the day on caramel popcorn and potato chips finished off a container of each. For lunch I had a chicken chow mein dinner., which must a awakened a craving. After work I went out for more chinese food. I ordered a huge meal of wonton soup, chicken fried rice, shanghai noodles and ginger beef - there was enough there for 2 people. I ate about 2/3 of it there and took the rest home and surprisingly I finished it off about 2 hours later. After that I was craving chocolate cake and ate about a third of a belgian chocolate loaf.
I've got a pizza cooking in the oven right now and it's almost done, so I better sign off and go chow down. ;)

I'm still weighing in at 149, but I'm getting softer and thicker. As I mentioned in a reply the other day, parts of me are growing - arms, boobs, butt and thighs are all getting thicker. I'm seeing more cellulite dimples in more places with each passing week.
This past week I added 2 new habits into my daily routine. I've started having breakfast every morning. During the week it was 2 servings of hot cereal with the following added to it: a half scoop of ground flax, a tbsp of olive oil, a tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of brown sugar and topped of with some milk. It comes to around 500 calories total, with about 250 calories from fat and 90 calories from sugar. And it tastes sooooo good. On the weekend I treated myself to sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles with hashbrowns.
The second thing I've added in are a few drinks after work. Usually Kahlua and whole milk or Pomtinis.

What is changing you ask?
Well my weight for one, but only slightly - I'm up to 149.5. I told you it was only slightly.;)
I've seen some changes on my thighs and a$$ lately. There are quite a few more dimples now, and I'm not sure how I feel about that. I had one guy tell me it's sexy, but I find it hard to believe that cellulite is sexy. Tomorrow I'm gonna create a poll to see what others think about it - please cast your vote. Of course, you can also leave a comment about it below.
Another change is that I've decided to move my videos over to Dailymotion. I will still keep them on YouTube for a while, but anything new will be posted to Dailymotion (http://www.dailymotion.com/StuffedBellyG
I'm also in the process of opening a Blogspot account, which will eventually replace this LiveJournal account. Of course I will announce when that happens :)
One last change to talk about is a new habit I started in the last few days... Right before bed I have around a 1000 calorie "snack". One night I ate about 2/3 of a bag of tortilla chips with 2/3 of a jar of cheese dip. The next night I made a chocolate shake with 1-1/2 cups of chocolate ice cream, a cup of 10% cream, 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup and 2 oz of Kahlua - that was awesome. The next night was a bag of buttery microwave popcorn and a couple choclate bars. Tonight I baked a tray of sugar cookies that I'm eating with a coffee with lots of sugar and 18% cream.
So those are my new and exciting changes.

I'm still alive and doing well. I haven't been posting becasue I haven't had much to report. I'm still eating - A LOT - but the scale has stopped moving up. It looks like I'm not going to hit my goal of 160 lbs by April (probably not even by the end of April). I'm currently at 149 which is down a pound since Feb 15. That's a little disappointing.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - my body is weird. My weight isn't going up but I know my body has changed, I can feel it and I can see it... I'm softer everywhere, my face is rounder, my butt is bigger, my thighs are bigger, my pants are tighter, my belly portrudes more (even first thing in the morning and very noticeably at the end of the day) and I'm popping out of the top of my bra. I know I'm getting bigger - I'm just not getting heavier. It's very odd. Maybe at some point I'll hit "critical softness" and then the weight will start to climb :)
While I'm pleased that I can see and feel the changes in my body, it's not very glamorous to report no change in my weight, but that I've found a couple new dimples on my ass. Hence, the lack of posts lately.

My eating has been going pretty well this past week. I've been eating lot's of high calorie meals, with loads of carbs and plenty of fats. I've been eating chicken pot pies, pasta (often with olive oil) yogurt drinks, rice, chinese food, fast foods, ice cream, pudding, brownies, cookies and fudge.
Yesterday (Valentine's Day) was weigh-in day for me and my hard work paid off. I'm up to 150 pounds. I'm 4 pounds shy of my all time high that I hit last summer and 10 pounds away from my goal of 160.
That means I've gained 7 pounds in 5 weeks. I know, some girls can gain that in a week or two. However, being a hard gainer, I'm pretty excited about my progress and if I can keep this pace, I should be on track for hitting 160 by April - YAY!

After my last post - 2 weeks ago - life got pretty busy, which is way I haven't posted anything since. During that first week, it was hard to find time to eat. I was worried when weigh-in day came along. Amazingly though, I didn't lose any weight and managed to maintain my 147 lbs.
Last week, I did better with my eating. My one disappointment was that I didn't eat as much as I thought I would during my birthday. However, I'm sure the cake and assorted goodies I did eat helped me out a little. My weigh-in for that week brought me up to 148.5. It's not a huge gain, but at least it's in the right direction.

Today was another good eating day. I skipped breakfast, but ended up buying a nice big muffin at work (about 350 cals). For lunch I ate left over perogies covered in a 1/2 cup of sour cream, 3 Tbsp butter and olive 1.5 Tbsp of olive oil (around 1000 cals). I washed it down with a Yop drink (150 cals).
On the way home from work I stopped for a donut and coffee with cream & sugar(about 450 cals). Supper was a glass of juice, 2 left over pieces of KFC chicken, a large serving of lasagna - with a Tbsp of olive oil, and finshed off with a big bowl of ice cream (this was around 1740 cals - wow). So, danvighar's fantasy day may happen sooner than we think ;)
My total calories today would be around 3700 - not too bad.
